Allied Health Care Professional Refers to: Nurse/Physiotherapist/Psychologist/Dietician/Social Worker/ Occupational Therapist/Audiologist - in order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.

Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.

All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.

The actual charged amount may differ according to the exchange rate.

Bank Transfer

All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.

Please check if you have entered your email address correctly as all confirmations and letters will be communicated via emails.

A remitter’s name MUST BE SAME as the registrant’s name.

If the remitter’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the transfer receipt to the LUPUS & KCR 2023 Secretariat at secretariat@lupus-kcr2023.org. The registrant’s and remitter’s names should be stated in the email.

Please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date the payment is received in our account and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.

Payment status by transfer is being confirmed.
Completed Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

For the bank transfer, it may take 3~5 working days for the payment status to be updated as ‘Completed’.

Confirmation of Registration

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to your email after your payment is completed (Credit Card) or confirmed by the Secretariat (Bank Transfer).

You can download your receipt at ‘My page’ once your registration is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

For the cancellation, please download the cancellation form, fill out the information, and then send it to LUPUS & KCR 2023 Secretariat via email.

All bank charges for remittance fee must be paid by the registrant.

All the valid refund will be processed within 30 days after the last day of the congress, and the cancellation charge shall be deducted from the refund amount.
